Gavin’s biography

With a focus on making the correct decisions at the right time, and combining this with excellent client care skills, Gavin is in high demand when clients want someone on their side to be the most effective adviser.

Gavin has a background in practice management prior to qualifying. Since then, he has advised and represented clients in serious and complex crime. Being an inaugural member of the Youth Practioners Association, Gavin has a leaning towards advising young people, and those marginalised by society, such as those with learning difficulties or spectrum disorders.

Gavin’s work has been noted by external organisations and has given talks to the National Police Chief’s Council, and the National Appropriate Adult Network as well as delivering courses for Law Friends training.

Gavin is regularly instructed in legal aid matters, but has a growing caseload of private instructions.
